I thought I would recommend a couple of firewood suppliers in Bristol that I have used.
The first is http://www.wellseasonedwood.com/ This is a local family run company supplying Bristol with as the name suggests well seasoned firewood, also kiln dried logs and other fire related bits and bobs. This company is run by a friend of mine and I have in the past spent a few days working with him at his wood yard so have seen the process that the wood goes through from being chopped into rounds then split, bagged up and stored for seasoning.
The second is http://www.bristolfirewood.com/ I recently used these guys as it was the Christmas break and looking around they seemed to be doing a very good deal on the full crates of mixed hardwood. I ended up getting two half crates as the full crates were out of stock, one of the crates had to be opened to get it in my van and the lady I was dealing with helped me load it all. I was very impressed with the service, quality and quantity of the wood.
